Evelyn Hood

A former journalist and author of more than 30 published novels, Evelyn Hood is best known for family sagas, set mainly in her hometown of Paisley and on the Clyde coast.

Titles include A Certain Freedom and A Sparkle of Salt. Her most recent novel is entitled Voices from the sea.

She has also published six one act stage plays, a Scottish pantomime, a children's musical, and a growing number of short stories and articles.
